The APEC Harmonization Center logo was created to represent the collaborative efforts to promote regulatory convergence within the APEC region. The emblem is based of the Taeguek motif, in which blue and red arms represent yin and yang, respectively. Together, they symbolize a perfect balance of energy and movement in the universe, dipicting a harmony between the East and West of the Asia Pacific, and the arms joined at the center and extending outward signifies the continuation of successful development of an international regulatory initiatives across APEC through coordinated collaborative approach.

The AHC logo consists of the AHC emblem and the words "APEC Harmonization Center".

The use of the AHC logo is restricted to organizations that have an official collaboration with AHC and only in conjunction with the works that they are collaborating with AHC.
