On-site Registration: Available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis (limited seats available)
Registration Fee: Complimentary—no fee required for attendance

This workshop will be held in a hybrid format (on-site and online).

• On-site participation: On-site registration on the day will also be available but pre-registration is highly recommended to secure your seat and to help the organizing team with smooth preparation.

• Online participation: Pre-registration is mandatory in order to receive the streaming link.
(The access link will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form.)

Registration Steps

Complete the Online Form

Fill out the Google Form with your details and workshop preferences. The form takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Receive Email Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email containing your registration details and event access code.

Check In at the Event

Present your confirmation email at the registration desk on the event day to collect your badge and workshop materials.
