In partnership with AHC, Pharmaceutical Services Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia MOH propose to organise a virtual workshop The workshop aims to train more government pharmacy personnel to carry out and offer MyUBAT in the government health facilities throughout the whole nation

MyUBAT is a digital health system consists of 2 components which are:
i Mobile application users: Patients
ii Webconsole users: Pharmacists

MyUBAT's main goal is to carry out activities such as centralisation, recording, processing, and management of the medicine supply system by appointment at the Ministry of Health Malaysia's health facilities The system objectives are to coordinate and establish a standard method of supplying medicine by appointment, to increase clientpatient acceptance and participation in the appointment system for the supply of medicines, and to reduce clientpatient noncompliance with the appointed appointment date

By expanding MyUBAT, more patients will be able to experience a farther convenient and expeditious way of getting their follow-up medicines supply, increase patient awareness of the treatment and medication prescribed from the MOH facilities This indirectly will ensure patients have continuous supply of medicine as well as improving patients' compliance toward the treatment, in which is consistent with SDG3 Target 38: Achieve universal health coverage, including financial risk protection, access to quality essential health-care services, and access to safe, effective, high-quality, and affordable essential medicines and vaccines for all

In addition, the use of this system also managed to facilitate the MOH pharmacy personnel in processing the registration and preparation of the follow-up medicines at pharmacy counters systematically, indirectly reducing the crowds and waiting time of patients at the pharmacy counter
